Branch Manager (Project Management) Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for driving growth and success in the staffing industry? We’re seeking an ambitious Branch Manager to take the helm of our Trade Management Austin branch and lead our team to new heights within the skilled trade and construction industries. This role requires a strong background in sales, proven leadership skills, and deep knowledge of the construction industry and staffing practices.

Compensation:

$60k-$75k + commission

Schedule:

In‑office, travel locally. Monday‑Friday 8AM‑5PM

How You’ll Do It As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our branch by driving sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates. You will oversee day‑to‑day branch operations, manage a team of recruiters, and achieve revenue targets through sales efforts.

Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute strategies to grow branch revenue and market share.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and trade professionals.

Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts.

Leadership & Team Management

Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to achieve performance goals.

Foster a positive, results‑driven culture focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Operational Oversight

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and branch profitability.

Industry Expertise

Leverage construction industry knowledge to match skilled tradespeople with client needs.

Stay informed on market trends, labor demands, and the competitive landscape.

All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring Education & Experience

Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in sales, business development, or branch management.

Prior experience in construction staffing or related construction industry roles.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Knowledge of construction trades and workforce requirements.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Other

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for client visits).

Willingness to travel locally as needed.
