Come join our talented team of caretakers and be a part of setting the standard for our industry!**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
•
Help Train, mentor and guide foremen and crew members. Meet with crew and foremen daily
•
Helps supervise work and schedules for foremen and crews
•
Prepares client communications for Assistant Managers and Supervisors review
•
Ensure procedures are followed for maintenance and protection of all company assets, such as vehicles, maintenance tools and equipment
•
Ensures execution of work orders and ensures accurate and timely completion and work flow
•
Supports Assistant Managers and Supervisors on Timescape processing and scanning
•
Assists on property inspections
•
Locate, acquire and deliver highest quality landscape plants and materials as needed
•
Gathers information needed for purchase orders/proposals, prepare plant/flower/tree lists for Assistant Managers and Supervisors approval
•
Receive certifications and continue education in the appropriate horticultural areas
•
Perform any and all other duties as requested or assigned by Vice Presidents, Assistant Managers or Supervisors
•
Consistently communicates with all team members utilizing CTE standards regarding all property needs/notes, meetings, schedules, jobs, etc.
•
Proactively assess opportunities for BDG maintenance to enhance/improve gardens and landscape maintenance at client properties**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:**
•
Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing landscaping or related services.
•
Clean driving record.
•
