Your Mission
Set the tone
the moment a client walks in or calls.
Keep the office running at a
standard of excellence
— clean, organized, calm.
Greet clients with confidence, empathy, and a polished presence.
Support attorneys and staff with quick, accurate, positive help.
Guard the calendar
by keeping all appointments on time — especially attorney schedules.
Prevent chaos
by staying ahead of delays, bottlenecks, and double-booking.
Manage calls, documents, and office logistics with speed and no excuses.
You control the flow.
You set the pace.
You keep the entire office moving smoothly.
Responsibilities You Will Handle
Reception and client greetings
Phone calls and appointment scheduling
Holding attorneys and appointments to time standards
Watching the clock and adjusting the calendar before issues appear
Filing, scanning, and administrative support
Office organization and cleanliness
Helping the team stay productive and on pace
Creating a smooth, welcoming client experience from start to finish
