Compensation
$15.16 per hour. Tip eligibility applies per Colorado standards and the employer claims tip credit per Colorado Constitution.
Benefits

Accrued Paid Sick Leave: up to 48 hours per year under HFWA, earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked.
PHE Leave: up to 80 hours when a PHE is declared.
Responsibilities
Makes memorable first and last impressions with a smile; greets guests in a welcoming manner and seats them in the dining and bar areas, ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff.
Coordinates wait times and seating with a sense of urgency; supports dining room operations as needed.
Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant; adheres to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards.
Assists servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment.
Maintains general knowledge of the food and drink menu; can recommend and upsell products.
Answers the phone promptly and professionally; directs calls as needed.
Leads the lobby experience and provides Outback hospitality standards for each guest.
Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 30 lbs.
Able to work in hot and cold environments and to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping; manual dexterity for handling glassware, utensils and technology systems.
Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Visual ability to include depth and peripheral vision; able to work in low or dim lighting.
Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
