(required); Experience as a Technician, Analyst, or Support Engineer (2 years); Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper‑V, HCI), including provisioning, maintenance, performance monitoring, and high‑availability configurations; Experience with Aruba networking solutions, including switches and wireless infrastructure; Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving escalated network incidents as a Tier 3 escalation resource within defined response time expectations; Experience installing, configuring, and supporting network infrastructure devices (switches, firewalls, wireless access points), including VLANs and wireless connectivity; Experience designing, implementing, and validating secure access controls, file server permissions, DFS configurations, and group‑based ACLs per least‑privilege and security standards; Experience supporting network‑dependent enterprise systems and participating in infrastructure projects (e.g., upgrades, refreshes); Experience documenting network configurations, resolutions, and maintaining records of incidents, repairs, and vendor interactions. Responsibilities
Monitor, configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure including switches, wireless access points, cabling, and supporting systems to ensure availability and performance Administer and support physical and virtual server environments, including provisioning, maintenance, performance monitoring, and high‑availability configurations Monitor and resolve network‑related incidents and requests escalated from the Service Desk, documenting troubleshooting activities, configurations, and resolutions per standards Perform advanced network troubleshooting to identify, analyze, and resolve outages, performance degradation, and configuration issues, providing professional customer communication on status and impacts Install, configure, and support network infrastructure devices and network‑connected services, collaborating with other IT teams as needed Develop and maintain detailed network documentation and coordinate vendor support and service calls for network hardware and infrastructure components Lift 50 lbs and performing physical on‑site tasks in all weather conditions
