Overview
PBNA offers a Local Delivery Driver position at $27.90 / hour with a valid U.S. CDL A (NM Driver License preferred). The role allows you to be home every night while earning industry‑leading benefits, including medical, vision, dental, retirement, and paid time off.

Schedule Typical 5‑day schedule that allows you to be home every night, usually with two days off.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Deliver Pepsi products to each customer location – large and small format.
Lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases ranging from 20‑45 lbs per case at each stop.
Connect with the customer to be sure their needs are met.
Use industry‑leading technology and tools to service the customer.
Rotate and stock Pepsi products on store shelves, displays, and in coolers.
Primary Accountabilities
Deliver products and execute all promotions.
Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift.
Merchandise all accounts to local standards.
Follow DOT regulations.
Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account.
Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
Minimum Requirements
21 years or older.
Valid U.S. CDL with non‑excepted interstate status (if applicable). In California, non‑excepted intrastate and non‑excepted interstate status are accepted except Stockton, CA where only non‑excepted interstate status is accepted.
Pass the required drug test and physical capabilities test (if applicable).
Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Helpful Experience
Operating trucks requiring a valid U.S. CDL license (basic functions like driving forwards, backwards, maneuvering in tight spaces).
Merchandising products (filling shelves, building displays, rotating product, cleaning shelves, eliminating out‑of‑stocks).
Operating equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, break‑downs.
