Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour
Hours
Start time typically 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM (depending on position)
End time around 1:30 PM
Overtime may be required; occasional early start times as early as 4:00 AM to meet production needs
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to assist with moving materials throughout our production areas, including lamination, inspection/breakdown, and panel lamination. This position plays a key role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with moving and staging materials in the lamination, inspection/breakdown, and panel lamination areas
Perform heavy lifting (50+ pounds) consistently throughout the shift
Support production teams by ensuring materials are available as needed
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Breaks
One 30-minute unpaid lunch
Two 15-minute paid breaks
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift
