Role Overview

We are hiring a highly capable, proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO and Executive Leadership Team in the US. This is a high-trust, high-impact role that blends executive support, governance coordination, office operations, interview coordination, event delivery, and light people-project support. The EA will sit at the center of the business, enabling leadership effectiveness, ensuring a strong executive governance cadence, and delivering a polished, professional experience for executives, candidates, clients, and internal teams. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience

5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager supporting senior leaders. Experience supporting C?suite executives in a fast?paced, high?growth environment (SaaS, FinTech, or professional services preferred). Proven experience coordinating governance meetings, interviews, travel, events and complex logistics.

Skills & Attributes

Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting at C?suite and client level. Highly confidential and trusted, with proven ability to handle sensitive executive, people and company information with discretion and sound judgment. Calm under pressure with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines. Natural collaborative with a service-oriented, ownership mindset. Enjoys being present in the office and creating a welcoming, well?run environment.

Tools & Ways of Working

Confident using Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Comfortable managing complex calendars, governance schedules and video?conferencing tools. Able to adapt quickly to new systems and tools as the business scales.

Working Model

Hybrid role based in New York. Minimum 3 days per week in?office at 601 Lexington Avenue. Flexibility required to support executive schedules, governance cadence and events.
