I?m partnering with a company in Cypress that?s looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to support their CEO(s). This is not an entry-level EA role ? they?re looking for someone who has been there, can anticipate needs, and knows how to keep executives focused, organized, and moving fast. If you?re the kind of EA who?s always two steps ahead, thrives in a high-demand environment, and takes pride in being the go-to person ? this could be a great next move.
What you’ll be doing:
Handling high-level communication and acting as a true gatekeeper
Coordinating meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-ups
Booking and managing detailed travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries)
Troubleshooting travel issues in real time
Supporting key initiatives, projects, and executive priorities
Coordinating executive events, offsites, and team retreats
Partnering closely with internal teams and external contacts
What they’re looking for:
5+ years supporting C-level executives
Strong calendar management and prioritization skills
Proven experience coordinating complex travel
Tech savvy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Teams, etc.)
Professional, polished communication style
Highly organized, discreet, and proactive
Someone who can work independently and use good judgment
Nice to have:
Experience supporting multiple executives or a founder/CEO
Familiarity with expense reporting or project-tracking tools
This is a high-trust, high-impact role for an Executive Assistant who wants to be a true partner to leadership ? not just support from the sidelines.
This position is hybrid.
Salary is 75k-80k.
