Join Gorman & Company as an HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator and play a key role in creating a positive, professional, and efficient hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers across our organization.**What You’ll Do*** Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities from job posting through offer acceptance* Conduct hiring manager intake meetings and provide guidance on recruiting processes* Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and manage initial candidate outreach* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates* Prepare and send offer letters, onboarding materials, and recruiting communications* Initiate and track background checks and pre-employment requirements* Maintain accurate records in the ATS and manage the shared recruiting inbox* Contribute creative ideas to improve attraction, sourcing, and employer branding initiatives**What You Bring*** Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent required* One to two years of experience in recruiting, HR, administrative coordination, or a related role* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail and accuracy* Experience working with HRIS and ATS systems and MS Office products* Workday experience preferred* Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record with ability to travel overnight as needed* Located within Wisconsin**Compensation & Benefits*** Starting salary of $50,000 annually, with opportunities for growth as you develop in the role* Remote work option for Wisconsin-based candidates or a flexible hybrid schedule at our Oregon, WI corporate office* Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to support your health and wellness* Short- and long-term disability coverage for added peace of mind* 18 days of paid time off so you can recharge and enjoy life outside of work* 11.5 paid holidays to spend with family and friends* 401(k) with company match to help you plan for your future* Paid parental leave to support you and your growing family* Lifestyle spending accounts that give you flexibility to support what matters most to you* A collaborative, mission-driven culture where your ideas and contributions are valuedIf this sounds like the right next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
