This position will be considered a leader for our Corporate Programs and Strategy team, Revenue Engineering team, or Pricing and Yield Management team inside the Revenue Management Division. This role requires a
blend of analytical expertise and strategic leadership , ensuring that every initiative meets business objectives while delivering a seamless customer experience.
What you'll do Lead initiatives
to identify opportunities for product optimization and revenue growth.
Build strategies to drive financial and customer outcomes , including pricing, campaigns, and product parameters like purchase caps and product catalogs.
Partner closely with product managers
to implement enhancements and execute strategic initiatives.
Monitor and report performance metrics
using tools such as Quantum Metrics, Adobe Analytics, and SQL.
Design and analyze A/B tests
to validate improvements and inform decision-making.
Align cross-functional teams and third-party partners
around optimization strategies, success metrics, and actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will:
Be highly skilled in
data analysis and interpretation , with the ability to translate insights into business recommendations.
Demonstrate strong
strategic thinking and problem-solving
to influence product development and optimization.
Communicate complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
Be passionate about
leveraging data to enhance customer experience and drive measurable results .
All you'll need for success Minimum qualifications:
3 years of experience in a related Revenue Management field
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Aviation Management, Data Science, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Degree
Proficiency with SQL
Experience with Python, R, or SAS
Experience in deal modeling in Cosmos
Skills
Thorough understanding of the core economics that drive the airline industry with ability to translate regional trends into market-level action
