The Role From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.
Schedule Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule
Work: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
12-hour static shifts (Nights - 7:00pm – 7:00am) (Days - 7:00am - 7:00pm)
Rotational Shift: Alternates between Day Shift (7:00am-7:00pm) and Night Shift (7:00pm-7:00am) hours every 4 weeks
What You’ll Do
Operate and monitor plastic extrusion production lines
Set up machines according to work order specifications
Inspect products for quality compliance and manage scrap processes
Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks
Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Collaborate with team members during shift changeovers
Essential Qualifications
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
Strong communication skills and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience
Basic computer knowledge
Previous manufacturing experience
Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary:
Wages ranging from $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
