No kiddie lasers here – we're veteran-owned, serving ages 8-80 with immersive combat. As Assistant Manager/Team Lead, you'll hype crowds, crush customer service, and mentor refs. Perfect entry-level management for gamers, students, or fun-seekers. We train you no experience? No problem. What You'll Do (High-Energy Action):
Lead gameplay: Brief large groups, run missions (Rescue, Bomb Defusal), keep games on time. Oversee ops: Manage small ref teams, troubleshoot gear, ensure "no drama zone" vibes. Wow guests: Public speaking to pump up squads, handle parties/team-builders, maximize fun (and tips!). Must-Haves (Keep It Simple):
Confident public speaking (hyping 40+ players? You're golden). Team player with killer customer service upbeat, reliable, 16+. Weekend warrior availability (Fri-Sun flexibility for PT). Preferred (Bonus Points):
