Assistant Manager / Team Lead , you’ll be the Director of Fun, guiding an awesome team to deliver unforgettable experiences every day. This is a hands‑on leadership role with real growth potential in our fast‑expanding company (multiple locations across NC and beyond!). What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Lead and facilitate tactical laser tag missions, explaining rules and hyping up groups for maximum excitement Manage daily operations, oversee team members, and ensure smooth gameplay and guest safety Deliver top‑tier customer service, handle groups, birthdays, corporate team building, and parties Train staff to keep the energy high and the “no drama” vibe strong Step in as needed to keep the arena running like a well‑oiled battlefield What We’re Looking For:
Confident public speaking and group leadership skills (you’ll be talking to 40+ people at once) Previous customer service, hospitality, or team lead experience (retail, events, or entertainment a big plus) High energy personality with a passion for fun, teamwork, and making people smile Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, weekend‑heavy environment No laser tag experience needed, we’ll train you Awesome Perks:
