to run missions, guide players, and keep the action flowing in our 12,000–15,000 sq.ft tactical arena.
You’ll lead a squad of staff, help players prep for battle, keep games running smoothly, and create the kind of experiences people rave about.
Your Mission Includes:
Leading staff on the battlefield (the arena) and off (front desk)
Running briefings, mission setups, and tactical game modes
Maintaining order and safety — no spawn campers!
Creating unforgettable guest experiences
Training new recruits (staff)
Running opening/closing procedures
Helping manage schedules and shift coverage
