A leading IT and business software consulting company: Junior ERP Consultant
The Junior ERP Consultant is responsible for providing advanced technical and business consulting services to customers, ensuring the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of SoftOne ERP solutions. The role acts as a key liaison between customers, sales, and the technical development team, contributing to both customer success and internal operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Participate in customer meetings (remote or on-site) to understand basic business processes and requirements Assist in gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements for SoftOne ERP implementations Support the configuration and basic customization of SoftOne ERP under senior guidance Assist in developing reports, workflows, and automations Participate in SoftOne ERP & CRM implementation projects Support project activities according to defined timelines and instructions Perform system testing and assist in acceptance testing Provide first‑level technical support for SoftOne ERP‑related issues Assist in troubleshooting basic issues related to SoftOne ERP and SQL Support data migration tasks under supervision Assist in preparing user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials Participate in end‑user and power‑user training sessions Support pre‑sales activities such as demos and presentations when required Maintain accurate timesheets, support tickets, and internal documentation Comply with ISO 9001 procedures and internal company policies Participate in internal trainings and certification programs Qualifications
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SoftOne knowledge is a strong plus) Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts Interest in business processes (finance, inventory, commercial management) Strong willingness to learn ERP systems and business applications Analytical thinking and problem‑solving mindset Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment Good command of Greek and basic to good knowledge of English Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail Benefits
