A leading IT and business software consulting company: Senior ERP Consultant
The Senior ERP Consultant is responsible for providing advanced technical and business consulting services to customers, ensuring the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of SoftOne ERP solutions. The role acts as a key liaison between customers, sales, and the technical development team, contributing to both customer success and internal operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Analyze customer business processes, challenges, and requirements through on-site or remote meetings Gather, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements for SoftOne ERP implementations Provide consulting services and best practices in financial management, inventory, and commercial operations Configure and customize SoftOne ERP according to customer needs Design, develop, and integrate custom functionalities, reports, workflows, and automations Plan, coordinate, and manage SoftOne ERP & CRM implementation projects Develop project timelines and ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, and deadlines Conduct system testing and acceptance testing to ensure solution quality Act as the main liaison between customers, sales, and the internal development team Support pre-sales activities by providing technical consulting and solution demonstrations Deliver training sessions to end users and power users Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and best-practice guides Provide second-level technical support for SoftOne ERP-related issues Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SoftOne ERP and SQL Design and implement API integrations with third-party systems (e-commerce, BI, payroll, etc.) Plan and execute data migration processes to and from SoftOne ERP Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, and additional services Maintain accurate timesheets, support tickets, and expense reports Record and manage customer complaints when applicable Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001 procedures and documentation Collaborate with sales and accounting departments regarding customer-related issues Participate in internal trainings and certification programs Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Technical Consultant or similar role in ERP implementations Strong hands-on experience with SoftOne ERP Suite Very good knowledge of SQL and database concepts Experience in ERP configuration, customization, and reporting Experience in project implementation and coordination Knowledge of business processes related to finance, inventory, and commercial management Experience with API integrations and data migration projects Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, sales teams, and technical developers Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail Willingness to participate in trainings and certification programs Good command of English (written and spoken) Benefits
