General Description As a General Maintenance Technician, you will gain hands‑on experience in one of Just Tires centers, diagnosing technical issues and delivering outstanding service. You will work with brakes, alignments, and other automotive systems in a fast‑paced environment.
Starting Pay : $13–$19 hourly, experienced based.

Responsibilities include:
Perform line technician services, routine inspections, maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem‑solving.
Brake repair, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventive maintenance, wheel alignment, and tire installation.
Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback on vehicles.
Document all work performed on the repair order.
Report safety issues immediately to management.
Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventive maintenance.
Valid driver's license.
At least 18 years old.
No relocation is offered for this position.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
A.S.E. Certification.
Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
Experience with electrical, air conditioning, and gasoline ignition systems.
