As a Hybrid Psychotherapist, you manage a caseload of at least 15 clients per week, many of whom belong to the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. Whether you work from home or come into our beautiful office, you make a meaningful impact on clients and support them along their mental health journeys. Maintaining a respectful and affirming attitude, you conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and use evidence‑based approaches to meet each client's unique needs. You maintain detailed documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards. As you lead telehealth and in‑person therapy sessions, you follow HIPAA regulations, uphold ethical guidelines, and provide compassionate support. You're an active part of our team, participating in meetings and case consultations to ensure we deliver the best care possible. IS THIS THE ROLE FOR YOU?
Active, unrestricted mental health license in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) 2+ years of post‑licensure experience providing therapy Demonstrated competency and experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities Telehealth experience and comfort with using virtual therapy platforms Possession of malpractice insurance and eligibility for credentialing with insurance companies Some afternoon, evening, or weekend availability Our ideal part‑time Hybrid Psychotherapist also meets these
preferred qualifications : Expertise in a specialized mental health field (trauma‑informed care, EMDR, CBT, DBT, couples therapy, etc.) Experience working in private practice or community mental health settings Bilingual communication skills Are you ready to help us make a difference?
