Qualifications
Active, unrestricted mental health license in Delaware (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
2+ years of post‑licensure experience providing therapy
Competency and experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities
Telehealth experience and comfort using virtual platforms
Eligibility for credentialing with insurance companies
Malpractice insurance
Preferred Qualifications
Niche area of expertise (e.g., trauma‑informed care, EMDR, CBT, DBT, couples therapy)
Experience in private practice or community mental health settings
Bilingual
Day‑to‑Day Prepare for virtual sessions with a client‑centered mindset. Provide affirming care, offer evidence‑based interventions, complete documentation promptly, and participate in case consultations as needed. Work independently while accessing peer support and supervision.
Must have the ability to pass a background check.
Salary: $39.60 - $108.00 per hour.
