Family Law Attorney

Job Description Seeking an Attorney with experience in Family Law divorce, child custody, etc.. Will conduct client interviews, manage case deadlines, draft client declarations, conduct legal research and write Memorandum and Points of Authorities, handle Discovery and RFO court appearances. Must be motivated to excel, good writing and analytical skills, and be good with numbers. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills also required. Skills Required Active California Bar License. Exp in Family Law. Able to manage case deadlines and draft client declarations and discovery.
