Multiple Positions Available
Oversee various data center power maximization programs.
Partner with cross‑functional and technical teams to create optimization recommendations, design solutions, and drive project delivery.
Partner with electrical and mechanical engineers across engineering and design engineering teams to define and implement space and design configurations that maximize resource utilization.
Fully own and manage AWS long‑range energy forecasts, and partner with customers across Renewable Energy, Infrastructure Energy, Finance, and REC Procurement teams to capture evolving use cases and business requirements.
Work with software development and science teams to make enhancements and continuous improvements in energy forecast generation.
Partner with engineering in tracking and forecasting which DC sites and phases require advanced mechanical cooling equipment installation, and when, to meet supportability commitments.
(40 hours per week, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Salary Range \$148,700/year – \$201,200/year)

Basic Qualifications
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in engineering, computer science, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation; alternatively, Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent followed by 5 years of progressively responsible post‑baccalaureate experience.
2 years of experience with emerging technologies related to infrastructure (e.g., build environment, network, data center, hardware, software).
2 years of experience using design engineering and drafting tools such as AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
2 years of experience with advanced Excel including Pivot Tables.
2 years of experience with project engineering, process engineering, project management, or manufacturing engineering.
The pay range for this position in Seattle, WA is \$148,700–\$201,200 per year; base pay may vary with experience and knowledge. A sign‑on bonus and restricted stock units may be part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the position offered.
