Description You will be the Administrative Assistant Specialist for the Vice President of Air Dominance team. Our team is responsible for delivering seamless executive support and ensuring optimal office operations.

What You Will Be Doing As the Administrative Assistant Specialist you will be responsible for providing high-impact administrative support to senior leadership while maintaining professionalism and sound judgment.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Create, edit, and format presentations, documents, memos, and reports.

Arrange complex travel itineraries and reconcile expense reports.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, VIP visits, and special events.

Manage internal and external correspondence and maintain filing systems.

Order, track, and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Basic Qualifications

Must be willing to work on-site full-time at our Sand Lake Road facility in Orlando, FL

Prior experience supporting senior-level management or above

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and quickly adjust to changing priorities

Prior experience in travel booking and expense reconciliation, including making/changing international travel, meeting arrangements, and expense reports

Ability to set up rooms for meetings using a variety of technology and planning needs of meeting

Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written

Attention to detail

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to deal with executive level contacts both within and outside of Lockheed Martin.

Experience managing office supply procurement

Ability to work well independently, but function within a team environment

Exceptional organizational skills

Exceptional decision making skills

Must be a U.S citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Desired Skills

Experience with the process for requesting/obtaining USG passports and Visas.

Secret clearance

Prior experience supporting an executive

Ability to coordinate and arrange large events and internal symposiums

Ability to quickly gain proficiency in a variety of tools and processes

Coordination of Facilities and Information/Telecom/Computer support for the team

Arrangement and scheduling of complex, multi-site meetings with multiple senior executives

Prior experience using Concur

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to your Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
