Competitive pay: $18–$20/hr BOE

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Customer Support Coordinator to support service scheduling and dispatch functions. This role is critical to ensuring timely service delivery and exceptional customer experiences. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have strong organizational skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule service delivery requests accurately and efficiently
Communicate with internal teams to confirm dispatch and timing
Process account updates, cancellations, and service changes
Maintain organized records of service requests and scheduling activities
Provide administrative support for billing and collections
Assist with reporting and documentation for operations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in call center and customer service
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Boca Raton, FL.
