About the Role As a Full-Time Teller (Member Service Rep), you'll be the face of Jolt for our members – greeting them with a smile, helping them navigate financial transactions, and recommending products that improve their financial well‑being.

Your schedule will be Monday - Friday, including some Saturdays from 8:30am-12:30pm. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people and delivering top‑notch service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver service to both members and coworkers that is in alignment with our Service Promise: "Giving it All We've Got, Every Day and Everywhere"

Credit union product promotion and recommendations

Verifying cash in drawer at beginning and end of day

Processing deposits, loan payments, VISA payments, and other types of payments

Disbursing account withdrawals and cashing checks

Process other teller transactions relative to accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.

Issuing Cashier's checks

Cashing U.S. Savings Bonds

Responding to member inquiries (interest rates, account balances, etc.)

Assisting with balancing branch, vault, ATM, etc.

Assist members with online & mobile banking.

Protecting the credit union from fraud.

What You Bring to the Team

Prior experience in customer service is a must (cash handling, teller, or sales experience preferred)

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

High attention to detail and a knack for accuracy

Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude

Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during shifts

A passion for helping others and being part of a team
