The position offers a 40‑hour paid work week with hours being 6:00 am–2:30 pm Monday‑Friday. Salary is approximately $18.50 per hour. Key Responsibilities
Build sub‑assemblies and assemblies involving complex and repetitive wiring for Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS).
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Perform visual inspections of material before and after assembly.
Use fixtures, gauges, hand tools, and power tools to assemble, adjust, or repair products.
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with Raleigh Plant Quality standards and make necessary adjustments to meet quality goals.
Adhere to environmental, health and safety rules and regulations.
Provide process and safety improvement ideas.
Ensure machines and tools are properly calibrated and perform housekeeping duties using 5S+ principles.
Work daily and/or weekend overtime as required and remain flexible to work in different areas or local plants.
Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Repetitive lifting, bending, and squatting are inherent to this position.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited educational institution.
Only candidates within a 50‑mile geographic radius (or active duty military) are considered; relocation assistance is not available.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Experience in product assembly, electrical assembly, maintenance or repair.
Basic soldering experience.
Basic computer skills, including email, internet navigation, and data entry.
Position Criteria
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and safety procedures in a manufacturing facility.
Ability to read and interpret SOPs.
Williness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to distinguish colored wiring.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive activities.
