to lead our team with excellence and inspire a culture of high performance and care.
Location Fredericksburg, VA – On-site role
(Commute-friendly from surrounding areas)
Schedule 36–40 hours per week Must be available some Saturdays
Compensation $40-$55/hour , based on experience PTO

Role Responsibilities Operational Oversight Lead daily medical spa operations Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations Maintain practice workflows and EMR usage standards
Team Leadership Manage, train, and mentor staff (clinical and administrative)
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
Foster a professional, accountable, and growth-focused culture
Patient Experience Champion a luxury-level patient journey
Monitor and improve patient satisfaction
Handle escalated concerns with professionalism
Financial and Business Management Oversee budgets, KPIs, and profitability goals
Manage inventory and vendor relationships
Support strategic growth, marketing, and promotions
Requirements 3–5+ years of management experience in a medical spa, dermatology, aesthetics, or healthcare setting
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred)
Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and terminology
Proficient in EMR and practice management software
Experience managing teams, finances, and operations
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
A polished, professional presence with commitment to luxury service standards
