Job Title: Kitchen Production Operative (Nights)
Shift Pattern: 18:00 - 06:00 4 on 4 off
Location: Unit 4 Bristol Distribution Park, Hawkley Drive, Bristol, BS32 0BF
Salary: £13.90 per hour

At our Bristol site we are one of the leading producers of chilled soups and sauces. We proudly supply roughly 40% of the UK's chilled sauces and 20% of the country’s chilled soups to some of the UK’s leading retailers.
Responsibilities
Follow written procedures for cooking batches of Soup & Sauce (full training will be provided)
To comply with all our Standard Operating Procedures to ensure customer orders are produced safely, on time, and all aspects of hygiene, quality and cost are met
Work as a member of a small team in an automated environment that will include an element of physical work when loading equipment
Operate production lines and automated equipment
Maintain hygiene and quality standards
Work collaboratively within a 24/7 manufacturing team
Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety practices
Qualifications
A good standard of English and Maths
Comfortable working a 12-hour shift
Experience in a similar production or FMCG environment preferred (not essential)
Flexible and adaptable to different tasks
Strong awareness of health, safety, and food hygiene standards (training provided)
A team player with good communication and attention to detail
