Job Title: Weigh Room Production Operative (Days)
Shift Pattern: Days 06:00 - 18:00 4 on 4 off
Location: Unit 4 Bristol Distribution Park, Hawkley Drive, Bristol, BS32 0BF
Salary: £12.90 per hour

Alongside our branded portfolio, we’re a leading supplier of delicious own-label pastry, party food, olives and antipasti, continental meats, dips, sauces and plant-based food to the UK’s major retailers, as well as across a large food service customer base.
At our Bristol site we are one of the leading producer's of chilled soups and sauces. We proudly supply roughly 40% of the UK's chilled sauces and 20% of the country’s chilled soups to some of the UK's leading retailers.
As a Weigh Room Production Operative you will be:
Operating production lines and automated equipment
Maintaining hygiene and quality standards
Working collaboratively within a 24/7 manufacturing team
Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety practices
What we’re looking for
A good standard of English and Maths
Comfortable working a 12-hour shift
Experience in a similar production or FMCG environment preferred (not essential)
Flexible and adaptable to different tasks
Strong awareness of health, safety, and food hygiene standards (training provided)
A team player with good communication and attention to detail
