What You’ll Do

Be the go‑to expert for maintenance on critical equipment such as:

Pumps, boilers, and air compression systems

Conveyors, chains, sprockets, pulleys, and belts

Motors and bearings

Valves, piping systems, and instrumentation

Welding and fabrication tools

Diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues, making repairs and adjustments to keep production moving.

Perform preventive maintenance and identify opportunities to improve systems and boost productivity.

Work independently, using your critical thinking skills to solve problems and minimize downtime.

Commit to continuous learning and development, with a clear path toward becoming a Senior Maintenance Technician.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3–5 years in industrial maintenance (ethanol experience is a plus).

Skills: Welding ability, computer proficiency (Mapcon, Outlook, Excel), and strong troubleshooting skills.

Attitude: Positive, proactive, and passionate about maintenance.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. Must have your own basic hand tools and be willing to respond to emergency breakdowns, including nights and weekends.
