Admissions Coordinator Job Summary The Admissions Coordinator (AC) monitors throughput in crisis observation programs providing Title 36 services. The AC owns the petitioning process, including processing, monitoring completeness and timeliness, assisting law enforcement in completing petitions, and serving as telephone liaison with internal and external providers and community agencies. The AC monitors the internal petition process to ensure an efficient system for tracking petitions, capturing required information, and generating reports. Additionally, the AC oversees the transfer of recipients to Level I facilities related to Court‑Ordered Evaluations (COE) and amendments/revocations to Court‑Ordered Treatment (COT).
Skills / Requirements
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Business or Health Care preferred.
3+ years of administrative work history highly preferred.
1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Valid identification required.
Public Notary preferred.
