Associate Scientist – Molecular Biology, Discovery Biologics Disruptive Technologies The Discovery Biologics Department is seeking a talented Associate Scientist to join the Disruptive Technologies Group, which advances and utilizes cutting‑edge technologies to build a robust portfolio of innovative biotherapeutics. This scientist will support the screening and characterization activities of the Disruptive Technologies team with a focus on molecular biology. Responsibilities include preparation, analysis, and documentation of biochemical reagents and samples using techniques such as PCR, IVT, CFPS, SDS‑PAGE, plate assays, and NGS. The role is based at our Cambridge MA facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and documentation of DNA, RNA, protein, and other biochemical reagents.
Analysis of samples by gels, capillary electrophoresis, and plate assays
NGS library preparation and sequencing
Maintenance of instruments and lab stocks
Draft SOPs
Present work internally through ELN and presentations
Contribute to the team culture of collaboration, accountability, and inclusion
