We provide:* Competitive compensation and benefits* Work-life flexibility* Recognition and rewards* Development and career opportunities* A safe and inclusive workplace**Why You Will Love this Job**Under the direction of the EHS Manager– Assist in developing, implementing and supporting programs at the Mosel facility to improve and maintain safety and environmental performance.**Specific Responsibilities:*** Assist with accident investigations.* Administer and maintain OSHA required safety programs (i.e. hazard communication, lockout/tagout, confined space entry, personal protective equipment, machine guarding, etc.).* Conduct environmental health and safety audits and follow-up with corrective actions.* Develop and implement projects to improve safety performance (i.e. ergonomics, safety awareness, recognition program, etc.).* Address employee environmental health and safety concerns/issues as necessary.* Conduct environmental health and safety training.* Support facility First Responder Squad.* Attend monthly EHS Committee meetings.* Support Divisional ISO compliance efforts.* Assist with all aspects of environmental program management (i.e: stormwater/wastewater management, waste management, Title V management, remediation project management, etc.).* Act as a liaison with all Federal, state and local regulatory agencies.* Support the KOS Improvement System.* Other duties as required,**Requirements:*** Bachelors degree or higher in EHS or relevant study preferred.* Three to five years’ experience in the environmental health and safety field.* Experience with union groups is preferred* Experience with Gensuite a plusThe Salary range for this position is $69,800.00-$87,950.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.Rehlko proudly offers a rich history steeped in creativity and commitment to our associates and communities, along with competitive benefits and compensation.Our Purpose—Creating an energy resilient world for a better future—and Values: Curiosity, Trust, Pace, and Excellence, are important cultural components that shape the way we work and relate to one another.
