What we’re looking for Reid & Riege is seeking to expand our talent at the partner level. The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrated history of legal excellence, client service, leadership and successful business development. Any prospective partner will need to collaborate with firm leadership and fellow attorneys to strengthen existing practices, expand client relationships and contribute to the continued success and growth of the firm.
Required qualifications
Connecticut Bar admission in good standing or ability to become admitted promptly
J.D. from an accredited law school
8+ years
of relevant legal experience with demonstrated success at the senior level
Proven track record of client development and retention
Portable book of business strongly recommended
Strong leadership presence and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication, judgement, and professional integrity
