Reid and Riege, P.C., a mid-sized Connecticut law firm with well-established health and human services and business services practices, seeks a health care/corporate attorney with at least
3 years
of experience to join our team in the downtown Hartford office. Partial remote work will be considered.
Qualified candidates will have demonstrated experience with counseling health care and human service organizations, and a defined vision of their role as a legal advisor. Portable business is a plus, but not a requirement, even for more senior candidates.
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, research, and communication skills, an aggressive work ethic, and excellent judgment. Knowledge on Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statue, HIPPAA and False Claims Act is a plus.
