Project Manager - Existing Installations Our elevators, escalators, and moving walks safely transport more than two billion people every day. Your main responsibilities As a Project Manager EI, you will effectively manage customer relationships for elevator and escalator services, overseeing servicing, maintenance, repair, and upgrades of assigned units to meet customer and company standards for quality, safety, and cost management.

Account Management

– Build and manage client relationships with building owners and property managers to secure and renew maintenance/service agreements, respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, negotiate favorable contract terms, drive sales KPIs, and collaborate with the Business Services Center to validate accounts receivable information.

Operations & Field Management

– Lead field technicians to ensure maintenance meets quality standards and contract requirements, coordinate routes, schedule work, order parts, verify payroll accuracy, and conduct continuous improvement through training and performance programs.

Communication, Collaboration & Problem Solving

– Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and customers, resolve operational challenges, maintain relationships with local IUEC business agents, collaborate with engineers and contractors, and conduct site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

What you bring Education

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, or Service/Maintenance management.

Strong problem‑solving, time‐management, communication, and interpersonal skills with proven leadership abilities.

Resourceful, organized, dependable, efficient, and detail‑oriented.

Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Flexibility to be on‑call as needed and balance office and field work.

Working knowledge of SAP and elevator/escalator systems.

Adaptability to fast‑paced environments.

Experience in HVAC, building automation, facilities maintenance, electrical, or plumbing.

Empathy, listening, and relationship building to create outstanding customer connections.

Base Salary $113,400 – $141,700

The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions may be considered based on experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities.
