**Shift:** 1st**Job Summary:**
The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. This role leads production employees, coordinates workflow, and drives continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.**Key Responsibilities:*** Supervise daily manufacturing operations and production staff* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards* Meet production schedules, labor targets, and efficiency goals* Coach, train, and develop hourly employees* Troubleshoot production and quality issues* Track and report production metrics and documentation**Qualifications:*** High school diploma or GED required* 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment* 1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience* Strong communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to work assigned shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed**Preferred:*** Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field.* Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement* Experience in regulated manufacturing environments* Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP a plus)**Benefits:**
