Job Summary The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. This role leads production employees, coordinates workflow, and drives continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily manufacturing operations and production staff
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
Meet production schedules, labor targets, and efficiency goals
Coach, train, and develop hourly employees
Troubleshoot production and quality issues
Track and report production metrics and documentation
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work assigned shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
Preferred
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP a plus)
