We currently have an opportunity for a ****Production Worker**** at our **South Sioux City, NE** facility. Reporting to the Coated Grains Manager, this position will operate processing equipment as per the daily production schedule to meet production orders. The wage for this position is $21.54 per hour. This position will require you to work 2nd or 3rd shift, which have differential rates. The 2nd shift differential rate is $1.00 per hour and the 3rd shift differential rate is $1.25 per hour. **Responsibilities:*** Packaging and storage of granola based products to meet production orders* Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment* Setting up production equipment* Operating forklift in a safe and efficient manner* Setting up and replenishing various ingredients* General housekeeping of production area and stocking supplies* Pulling samples for micro testing* Observing Good Management Practices and required HAACP procedures* Operating warehouse management hand scanners**Qualifications:*** Able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime as needed, may include week-end and holiday shifts* Able to read, write and communicate effectively* Able to lift and stack 50 lbs repetitively* Able to bend, squat, walk and/or stand during entire shift* Candidate should possess basic computer and problem solving skills* Forklift experience is an asset, but not required, training will be providedRichardson is recognized as a global leader in agriculture and food processing with over 3,000 employees across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Europe.
