Radial is a leading B2C eCommerce fulfillment solutions provider and we are looking for a qualified Maintenance Tech II to support our Fulfillment Center operations. Role Summary

The Maintenance Tech II performs audits, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of automated material handling system components with minimal guidance. The role requires coordination of maintenance activities to ensure the safe and satisfactory completion of all tasks while following company safety and work practice guidelines. Responsibilities

Assist other technicians and/or mechanics in repair and maintenance of equipment, diagnosing problems using technical drawings and diagnostic tools. Perform audits, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of automated material handling system components independently. Repair, install, and maintain 3‑phase systems up to 480 VAC. Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment following safety and quality procedures. Provide resolution to mechanical, technical, and controls issues. Troubleshoot and repair key components for the Fulfillment Center. Participate in cleaning conveyor systems and maintenance area when required. Complete work orders and maintain documentation per established procedures. Operate at heights of 40 ft or more as needed. Maintain inventory of company‑supplied tools. Be willing and able to obtain certification on powered industrial equipment. Perform general facility maintenance such as light bulb replacement, office furniture relocation, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Execute additional duties as instructed by supervision or management. Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred; experience and/or military service also considered. 3–5 years of related mechanical, technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and/or installation experience. Strong mechanical and technical problem‑solving skills. Excellent hand‑eye coordination. Proficiency in reading, recognizing, writing, and following verbal and written directives in English. Basic math skills for accurate inventory management. Flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends as required. Understanding of safety procedures, including lock‑out/tag‑out. Ability to bend, lift, walk, push, pull freight, and stand for extended periods. Capability to work in extreme temperatures. Proficiency with manual and electronic equipment for transporting cartons or other loads. Strong electrical background and knowledge of low‑voltage controls and PLCs. Prior experience/knowledge of conveyors and sortation systems. Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting skills. Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance, modification, upgrade support, and installation. Preferred Qualifications

AAS in an engineering‑related field or equivalent experience. Certificates or licenses such as Journeyman/Master Electrician, CMRP, or CMRT. PLC troubleshooting knowledge. CMMS experience. Experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens products. Network troubleshooting skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience managing external vendors, customers, and business partners. Knowledge of current building vendors, software, platforms, and systems. Previous industry‑based experience. Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexible with peak season). Travel
