Prominent defense firm in Downtown Los Angeles is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their growing Business & Commercial Litigation group. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 4+ years of civil litigation defense experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Litigation Paralegal Job Duties

Provide comprehensive litigation support including both legal and administrative tasks

Draft, edit, and finalize a wide variety of litigation documents including discovery demands and responses, pleadings, motion papers, declarations, and exhibits

Organize and maintain discovery materials, correspondence, and pleadings for high-volume caseloads

Assist with large-scale document review, production, and retrieval

Provide hands‑on support for trial preparation, including assembling witness kits, demonstratives, and exhibits

Litigation Paralegal Job Requirements

3-4+ years of California civil litigation experience required

Business / Commercial Litigation experience preferred but not required

Paralegal Certificate or BPC 6450 compliant declaration or attestation required

Compensation range of $75k - $85k annually depending on experience.
