Legal Assistant – Join a Top‑Ranked Litigation Firm
Full‑time | Hybrid
Tyson & Mendes, a nationally recognized trial firm, is seeking a detail‑driven and proactive professional to support our attorneys in civil litigation and insurance defense.
What You’ll Do Draft and e‑file pleadings, motions, and correspondence. Manage case calendars, coordinate hearings, and prepare trial documentation. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications Minimum 3+ years as a litigation legal assistant. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and e‑filing systems. Strong organizational, communication, and independent work skills. Experience in civil litigation and familiarity with California state and federal filings preferred.
Compensation & Benefits $20‑38 per hour, overtime at 1.5× hourly rate. Full benefits package at zero employee cost. 401(k) with 100% match first 3% and 50% match next 4‑5%. Paid vacation, parental leave, and monthly tech stipend.
