Transportation Services Department is currently seeking a
Driver
on a PRN (as needed) basis for days and evenings. This position serves as a driver and supports the Transportation Coordinator and the Facility Services transportation operations of Kendal at Oberlin. The Driver is responsible for transport of residents, general maintenance of vehicles and keeping vehicles clean. Additionally responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Responsible for daily transport of Kendal Residents as scheduled.
Provides through-the-door service to residents when needed.
Transports residents’ belongings as needed.
Completes appropriate paperwork and documentation regarding use of time, material, fuel, mileage, and passenger trips.
Completes all required driver training and operates vehicles in compliance with insurance requirements.
Reports all observed changes and concerns in residents’ behaviors during transports.
Qualifications and Experience
Ohio Driver’s License with clean record and minimum two (2) years’ experience driving.
Basic knowledge of transportation operations is desired.
CDL Passenger Endorsement preferred but not required.
