Position Overview
Reporting to the Assistant Executive Director, the Member Services & Operations Coordinator plays a central role in supporting Order of Omega chapters and managing membership processes. We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to lead membership services, e-commerce operations, and data-driven chapter support. This role manages our membership platform, ensures accurate chapter records, analyzes engagement data, and oversees merchandise fulfillment to support chapters internationally.
Full-time, Exempt. The position may require some non-traditional work hours. Benefits include paid sick/vacation leave and insurance supplement, as well as retirement benefits.
This position is based at the Dr. Kent L. Gardner Order of Omega International Headquarters in Arlington, TX. To perform the required responsibilities, this is an in-office position.
Key Responsibilities Membership Services & Platform Management
Manage chapter membership processes, including registration, certificate/pin fulfillment, and officer updates.
Assist with maintaining the membership platform (e.g., GreekTrack) to ensure data accuracy, compliance tracking, and seamless user experience.
Analyze chapter performance and membership trends, generating actionable insights for growth and engagement strategies.
Support chapter compliance with reporting deadlines and assist with platform navigation or troubleshooting.
E-Commerce & Merchandise Operations
Oversee online store operations, including merchandise production, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quality control and efficient delivery.
Assist with marketing campaigns and digital communications to promote merchandise and chapter engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience with membership management platforms, e-commerce systems, or CRM tools.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret trends and provide actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in higher education, Fraternity/Sorority Life, or nonprofit operations is a plus.
