Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Take orders over the phone and in person, handling customer concerns and upselling.
Manage cash, skillfully handle money and give correct change.
Make Domino’s high‑quality pizzas, ensuring food and portion control, hygiene, and food safety.
Operate all equipment, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, manage inventory, and complete associated paperwork.
Maintain general cleaning duties and perform general maintenance as required.
Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with customers and coworkers.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Follow safety procedures and work with temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, carrying up to 30 lb, pushing and pulling trays, climbing stairs, stooping, bending and reaching.
Essential Functions / Skills
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to make correct monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing.
Motor coordination, eye‑hand coordination, and ability to perform rapid, precise movements.
Ability to enter orders quickly and accurately using a computer system.
Physical Requirements
Standing most tasks; walking short distances; lifting deliveries up to 50 lb; carrying up to 30 lb; pushing/pulling trays of up to 24–30 lb.
Climbing stairs or ladders; stooping/bending for up to 45 s per repetition; crouching/squatting for occasional tasks.
Reaching up, down, and forward frequently.
Use of hands continuous during the day, especially for shaping pizza dough and using forearms and wrists.
