Job Requirements & Duties
Manage all activities during your shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Enforce policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from staff.
Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store image, customer service, attendance, transportation, cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to marketing and profitability standards.

Qualifications
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, and prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Undergo on‑the‑job orientation and training.
Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and telephone).
Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately; make correct monetary change.
Enter orders using keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
Adverse weather when removing trash or performing outside tasks.
Temperature ranges from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some areas.
Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500°F.
Potential hazards: moving mechanical parts, sharp edges.
Sharp containers, dough handling, and pizza peel use.
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, sitting for paperwork.
Lifting up to 50 lbs, hand‑truck and stack duties.
Carrying trays (≈12 lbs each) and pizza sauce (≈30 lbs) over short distances.
Push/pull dollies and occasionally navigate stairs or ladders.
Bending, squatting, and reaching above 72” for tasks like striking oven controls.
Eye‑hand coordination needed for dough shaping, cutting, and box assembly.
Driving Specific Job Duties
Deliver product by car, including flyers and door hangers.
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required.
Navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.
Travel between store, vehicle, and customer’s location.
Essential Skills
Navigational skills for map reading and address locating.
Night and far vision for driving.
Ability to adapt to varying work environment conditions.
