Job Requirements and Duties
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time.
Ensure staff adhere to policies and expectations.
Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule execution, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Qualifications
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills: comprehend, give written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
Essential Functions/Skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately; correct monetary change; verbal, writing and telephone skills; motor coordination; computer or touch‑screen order entry.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
In-store temperatures 36–90 °F with sudden changes.
Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500 °F, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Physical Requirements
Stand, walk and lift substantial weights during deliveries and in-store tasks.
Lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying and pushing trays, climbing stairs.
Reaching above 72” and reaching forward accurately.
Eye‑hand coordination is essential; frequent use of forearms for pizza dough, handling pizza peel and cutting tools.
Driving Specific Job Duties
Deliver product by car, drive to customers’ doors, deliver flyers and door hangers.
Require valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.
Essential Skills for Driving
Navigate maps, locate addresses and handle adverse terrain with carrying products.
Travel between store and vehicle and from vehicle to customer location; may climb stairs.
