Overnight Foam Production Technician – Full‑time 8‑hour shift from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM covering the Days shift. Supports manufacturing of healthcare products worldwide. Consistent raises and opportunities for growth in our new tier‑pay model.

Schedule and Pay

3 on 4 off or 4 on 3 off rotating schedule

5:30 PM – 5:30 AM shift

Workdays and hours may vary; occasional overtime and weekend work may be required

Starting hourly rate: $21.12

Shift differential: $2.00 per hour for 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Paid breaks

Responsibilities

Perform quality control testing and inspection on foam products, record data in a computerized database.

Operate machinery on the production line used to manufacture hydrophilic polyurethane foams.

Package finished goods.

Continually improve workflow and production output through monitoring and analysis of manufacturing processes.

Work with others in a team environment to achieve maximum quality and quantity safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Pre‑employment physical, background check, and at least two professional references required.

Proven success working in a team‑based environment and ability to meet performance measures with minimal direct supervision and guidance.

Ability to make well‑reasoned decisions independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication and organizational skills.

Basic mechanical, mathematical, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).

Ability to work overtime to ensure production goals are met.

Over 75% of the workday spent walking or standing.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Regular handling, lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, reaching, and grasping.

Close vision and color vision required.

Ability to wear a respirator.

Experience in production, manufacturing or related environment preferred (but not required).

Physical and Safety Requirements

Functional demands require working around or near equipment that may be hazardous to individuals with pacemaker equipment.
