Job Description
Production Technician for Day Shift (5:00am – 3:00pm) at Mölnlycke in Wiscasset, ME.
What We Offer
Entry-level position with comprehensive on-the-job paid training
Starting pay rate of $21.12 per hour
$2.00 shift differential for hours 5:30pm to 5:30am

Monday – Thursday
5:00am – 3:00pm
Workdays and hours may vary; occasional overtime and weekend work may be required

Snapshot Of What You’ll Do Perform various production processing duties required for manufacturing SWC products, including manufacturing fluidized medium and fluidized positioners from raw material to finished good, while following good manufacturing processes in compliance with local and global regulations.
What You’ll Need
Pre-employment physical, background check, and at least two professional references
Proven success in a team-based environment with ability to meet performance measures with minimal supervision
Ability to make well-reasoned decisions independently and as part of a team
Effective communication and organizational skills
Basic mechanical, mathematical, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
Willingness to work overtime to meet production goals
Ability to spend >75% walking or standing, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform regular handling, lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, reaching, and grasping tasks
Close and color vision required; ability to wear a respirator
Experience in production or manufacturing preferred, but not required
