Compensation:
$30-40/hr based on experience plus additional opportunities for compensation!
UP TO $5,000 HIRING BONUS FOR QUALIFIED HIRES!
What You’ll Do:
Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment.
Provide start-ups and troubleshooting for residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
What You Bring:
2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and light commercial)
EPA Type II or Universal Certification (NATE preferred)
Your own tools, gauges, and multimeter
A clean driving record and valid license
A professional appearance and positive attitude
